” Little Prince’s World»
which will take place in the city of Saint-Raphaël
from 31 may to 02 June, 2019.

75 years ago a famous writer Antoine de Saint-Exupery passed away.

For many years, the Mediterranean Sea has kept the secret of his disappearance. On July 31, 1944, the Saint-Exupery’s plane disappeared from the radar forever, flying over the French Riviera. 

Noting this memorable date, in the City of Saint-Raphael the inauguration of the bronze bust of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry will hold, that is given on the part of the Russian public organizations – the foundations “The Universe  of Saint-Exupéry” and “Alley of Russian Heroes”.

 The participants of the Festival from different countries will honor the memory of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the author of the” Little Prince “, the brilliant writer and the great humanist of the 20th century, a true pilot hero.

Any creative team from different countries can become a participant in the «Little Prince’s world» festival.

 The mission of the festival: to develop through art and creativity the most important human values — love, friendship, loyalty, care for others.

Aims and goals of the festival:

  • to give an opportunity to creative ensembles from all over the world to demonstrate their vision and ideas set into the books of Antoine de Saint Exupery
  • to ease the international communication, develop cultural exchange and provide sharing experience
  • to introduce the culture and history of France and its cities to the participants and guests of the festival

Any creative team from different countries can become a participant in the «Little Prince’s world» festival.

During the festival the following events will be held:

  • Children’s’ drawing competition
  • Vocals competition
  • Choreographic competition.
  • Instrumental music competition

The first International Festival – Competition “The world of the Little Prince”, dedicated to the 75-th anniversary of the release of the book “The Little Prince” took place successfully in March-April 2018 and was supported by the heirs of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Lyon municipality, the Foundation “The Universe of Saint-Exupéry” in Russia. 
Collectives from five European countries – France, Russia, Italy, Spain and Finland – participated in the 1st International Festival “The World of the Little Prince”. The Festival participants laid flowers to the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s monument in Lyon.  They visited the town of Annecy, where Saint-Exupéry made his last flight.  Then the festival participants gave a concert at the childhood home of Antoine de Saint Exupery in Saint-Maurice de Remens.

 The festival “The world of the Little Prince” is supported by :
